The Educate to Empower initiative, supported by the U.S. Consulate in Erbil, offers youth in the Kurdistan Region a valuable series of interactive online sessions focused on building negotiation skills. This free program is delivered by a group of talented Kurdish young professionals and provides hands-on experience to enhance participants’ personal and social development.
Youth from Erbil, Sulaimani, Duhok, and Halabja are welcome to apply.
Format: Online (for residents of the Kurdistan Region)

Eligibility Criteria
• Must be originally from the Kurdistan Region
• Preferred age: 20–30 (not strictly required)
• English fluency required for the first session; the remaining sessions will be in Kurdish
