Pharmacy Department Lecturers Participate in the Everest Conference

Several lecturers from the Department of Pharmacy participated in the Everest Conference, held in Erbil. This conference represents the first scientific event in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region dedicated to the field of cosmetics and skin care, with a focus on dermatologists and pharmacists.

All participants received internationally accredited Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certificates in recognition of their attendance and active engagement in the event.

Notably, Ms. Sana Majid, one of the department’s lecturers, was selected as an ambassador for the Everest Forum. She conducted a workshop on current trends, common mistakes, and ethical practices in the field of cosmetics.

Additionally, another lecturer, Ms. Nza Burhan, was honored with a special award during the conference.
