Important notice

Dear Students,

As you are aware, the Semester 1 midterm examinations will begin on Saturday, 18/01/2026. The first week will include theoretical subjects.

Exam Time:

8:45 – 9:45 a.m. (Duration: 1 hour)

Please carefully follow the instructions below:

1. The examination hall doors will be closed at 8:45 a.m.

2. In case of repeated lateness for the same reason:

First time: warning

Second time: written promise

Third time: exclusion from the exam

3. Students are not allowed to leave the examination hall before 35 minutes, i.e., before 9:20 a.m.

4. Students must bring all required exam materials and are not allowed to borrow items from other students.

5. If a subject requires a calculator, students must bring their own.

Exchanging calculators is not permitted.

6. Students will be provided with question papers and summary (SOMMA) sheets.

7. Answers must be transferred from the examination booklet to the summary sheet.

8. Answers on the summary sheet must be written in pencil.

The SOMMA sheet contains the student’s name.

9.Please ensure you receive the sheet with your correct name.

The answering method is explained in the figure below.

10. Any attempt at cheating or being caught cheating will result in failure for the entire academic year.

11. Mobile phones and smart watches must be muted and placed in the special boxes provided in the examination halls.

Please follow all instructions carefully to avoid any issues during the examinations.
