Important notice

Hello dear students,

As you know, the final exams for Semester 3 will begin on Saturday, 14/12/2025, starting with the theoretical subjects.

The examination time is 8:45 AM, and the following rules must be followed:

1. Examination hall doors will close exactly at 8:45 AM.

2. If a student is late for the same reason more than once, they will receive a warning the second time and will be excluded from the exam on the third occurrence.

3. Students are not allowed to leave the exam hall during the first 45 minutes, meaning no one may leave before 9:30 AM.

4. Every student must bring their own exam materials; borrowing from other students is not allowed.

5. Question papers and Somma sheets will be provided.

6. Students must transfer their answers from the exam booklet to the Somma sheet.

7. Answers on the Somma sheet must be written in pencil.

8. Each SOMMA sheet includes the student’s name—please make sure you receive the sheet with your correct name.

9. The answering method is explained in the attached figure.

10. If a subject requires a calculator, students must bring their own. Sharing calculators is not allowed.

11. Any student who attempts to cheat or is caught cheating will fail the entire academic year.

12. Mobile phones and smart watches must be turned off and placed in the designated boxes in the examination halls.
