Important information for first year students

For first-semester students, here’s some important information regarding the midterm exam, which some of you have inquired about. After studying for 4-5 weeks, you will take a midterm exam for each subject you\'ve been learning.

The exam format is as follows:

For subjects with both theory and practical components, the exam will consist of 10 marks for theory and 10 marks for practical.

Subjects without a practical component, such as Terminology, will have a total of 20 marks based solely on theory.

Here’s a breakdown of how your marks will be distributed:

Theory:

5 marks for homework

5 marks for the final report

5 marks for the poster and seminar

10 marks for the midterm exam

25 marks for the final exam

Practical:

5 marks for daily reports

5 marks for quizzes

5 marks for lab activities

10 marks for the midterm exam

25 marks for the final exam
