Guidelines for Examination Observers

Dear teachers, after greetings

As you know 27/05/2024 final exams will start and all teachers including property and lecturers are on the list of monitoring the examination hall

1- The exams will last from 8:45-10:45 am. The inspectors of the halls must be present in the halls 10 minutes before the examination committee

2. In the list of supervisors, the first name in each hall is the teacher of the hall director and the other names are supervisors

Lecturers are placed on the examination watch list on the day of their classes when they return to the institute

3. Make sure that all students are divided according to the order of the absence list and sit in the classrooms

4. Make sure all students have paid their taxes, otherwise they will be sent to Lobby 25 for legal action

5- The student\'s name is written on the exam book.

6. Answers in the notebook must be in pencil only, otherwise it will be considered cheating. Please make sure that students do not answer the questions inside the cover

7- Supervising teachers can assist the hall manager in placing students according to place and absence list. + They can assist the hall manager in distributing questions and collecting notebooks from students

8. Students can leave the classrooms 45 minutes after the start of the exams

9. Students must not use any student\'s calculator (ie exchange of calculators is not allowed).

10. This week, semester 2 lessons will be postponed to 11 o\'clock and will be shortened.
